DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship worldwide.

WHAT IS THE TIMING AND HANDLING FOR DELIVERY?
Most orders ship within 2/3 working days of being placed
and some orders can take more to be processed,depending on how busy we are.
Orders placed on thursday are usually delivered on monday.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
10-15 days for Europe
15-20 days for the rest of the world.

IT’S BEEN OVER THE STATED TIME, WHY HAVE MY PACKAGE STILL NOT ARRIVED?
An order isn’t deemed lost until 20 days past the ETA.
If you have not received your order within 60 days from the dispatch date,
please contact us and state your full name used to place the order along with the items that have not arrived.

Without these details we cannot help.

WHY IS MY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE BEING RETURNED?
International orders may end up being returned for various reasons,
including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc.
If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for reshipment postage.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/WRONG SIZE,WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Don’t be angry 🙂 Plese send us an email along with a picture showing the wrong item/size and we’ll provide to ship sooner than soon your right order, you don’t have to repay for the shipping cost in this case, obviously.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW GARMENT?
Our printed garments will look better and live longer if you turn them inside out and wash at a cool 30 degrees or wash cold then hang dry. Do not tumble dry.
